According to the degree of annealing, copper wires can be classified into soft state, hard state and semi-hard state
Soft copper wire (with reduced hardness after annealing) has high flexibility and is suitable for flexible scenarios (such as headphone wires and internal wiring of household appliances).
Hard copper wire (unannealed or cold-worked strengthened) has a high tensile strength and is often used for fixed installations (such as overhead transmission lines and building wiring).
Semi-rigid copper wire (partially annealed) strikes a balance between strength and flexibility and is commonly found in wire binding or radio wiring.
