The main production and processing flow of brass wire from ingot to finished product:
1. Upward Continuous Casting: The raw material is melted and cast into the initial ingot through the upward continuous casting equipment. It is the starting link of production and provides the basic ingot for subsequent drawing and other processes.
2. Giant-scale Drawing: The ingot after continuous casting is drawn on a large scale to initially change its size and make it thinner, and at the same time, it may improve the material properties to a certain extent.
"Brass busbar brushed wire" is an intermediate form associated with this link.
3. Bell-type Furnace Annealing: The drawn wire is annealed in a bell-type annealing furnace to eliminate work hardening, restore the plasticity and toughness of the material, and prepare for further processing.
4. Large-scale Drawing: The drawing operation is performed again to further refine the wire size and continuously shape the wire specifications.
5. Medium-scale Drawing: A medium-scale drawing process that continues to adjust the diameter and other parameters of the wire to make it close to the target size. "Electroplating" is a surface treatment link that may be connected later. However, the electroplating process is not shown in detail in the figure, but only reflects the process connection.
6. Packaging into the warehouse: After the wires processed above reach a certain specification, they are packaged and then stored in the warehouse for subsequent distribution and sales.
7. Small-scale Drawing: The last drawing, accurately control the wire size, and obtain the finished product form that meets the final requirements.
